A lot of Richmond's homes have original hardwood laid a hundred years ago — heart pine, quarter-sawn oak, maple. Those floors are worth saving. Our screen-and-recoat process refreshes them without sanding away the character, and full sanding is available when it's needed.
We work carefully in historic homes: our Dust Containment System, low-VOC finish, and clear communication about what will and won't come out of an aged floor. When paint is the answer, we say so. When a buff & coat can do the job, we save you the money.
