We clean your floors with a buffer and pad, then screen them to remove minor scratches and surface wear. After that we apply two coats of durable finish that restore the original shine and protect your floors for years. It's a fraction of the cost and time of a full sanding job.
Is it really a No-Mess Process?
Yes. Our Dust Containment System captures the fine particulate at the source. Your home stays clean, your air stays clean, and you don't spend the next week wiping down surfaces. That's a huge quality-of-life difference.
How long does the process take?
Most buff & coat projects are completed in a single day. Full sanding & refinishing usually takes 2–3 days depending on square footage. New installations vary by scope — we'll give you a clear timeline in your free estimate.
Do I need to leave my home?
You don't have to — but many customers prefer to be out during the working hours to give us space. For buff & coat, you can typically walk on the floors the following day.
What kinds of hardwood can you refinish?
Solid oak, maple, pine, cherry, walnut, and most other traditional hardwoods — as well as most engineered hardwoods depending on wear-layer thickness. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll tell you what's possible.
Are you insured?
Fully insured and locally established for over 20 years. We're happy to share proof of insurance before we start work.
